Whom We Are Looking For
We’re looking for a passionate, driven Restaurant Manager who is inspired by our vision. The
ideal candidate has enough experience to contribute meaningfully but is still eager to learn
and grow with us. You excel at bringing out the best in your team and foster a culture of mutual support and
excellence. More than just managing service, you lead by example, motivate and develop
your staff to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences. You thrive on creating a
warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes both your team and guests feel valued. Most
importantly, you share our passion for hospitality and turning first-time visitors into loyal
regulars.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Hire, manage and mentor the FOH team of 25+ people, ensuring high-quality service and a positive work environment.
- Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, and guest flow to ensure smooth service.
- P&L Management: Monitor revenue, costs, and profitability, assisting with budgeting and providing regular P&L reports.
- Guest Satisfaction: Ensure outstanding guest experiences, addressing feedback and fostering repeat business.
- Cost Control: Manage inventory and purchasing, balancing quality with cost efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards, taking corrective action when needed.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop staff, maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate between kitchen, bar, and administrative teams for smooth operations.
- Support Marketing: Assist with implementing promotions and events to drive traffic and enhance the guest experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Your Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within hospitality.
- Strong team leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid experience managing daily restaurant operations.
- Solid knowledge of wine, beer & spirit essential.
- Knowledge of inventory management & cost control to support P&L responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills & the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Passion for hospitality, guest experience, and building guest loyalty.
- Fluent in English; being a native Spanish speaker is a strong plus.
