About Chef

Gabriela Chamorro
Her own journey began at her grandmothe's side who was a cook herself. Pots & pans were in her day-to-day life & she knew early on that her calling was to share her heritage as a chef.

Chef Gabriela combines elevated traditional recipes with stories and inspirations that she has picked up during her extensive travels across the world. Initially self-taught along with a specialization from the CIB, she has been able to fulfill her dream of bringing a piece of her vibrant culture to the table and the world beyond.
She has dedicated the past 4 years to developing, creating & sharing her vision at her acclaimed Girl & the Goose supperclub table, numerous private events and various kitchen takeovers at Fairmont the Palm, Le Guépard, Radisson Damac Hills, the Waldorf Astoria and BOCA DIFC - amassing over 5000+ guests in the past years across all her events.
